I hear the same excuses and my heart weeps. But I too have resigned myself to DO as God asks when He asks and to speak truth to those in my church. I preach to be His hands and feet to everyone. I push to do as Jesus would do. But I also am a woman in a Baptist Church that regards most leadership as mens responsiblity. So I wait and I prepare myself. I am waiting for my marching orders from the Lord. In the mean time, I serve and do in big and small ways anyway I can to those in need.
